I hold Eight (08) years of experience in Community Mobilization, Project Management, Institutional development, Policy and Advocacy, Monitoring and Evaluation and Administrative role in diverse Mutational and National Development Organizations. I have worked with well reputed organization like USAID, AKRSP, CHIP, AID/BISP and NAWADO. My experiences are robust, dynamic and as diverse as ranging from social mobilization, monitoring and evaluation, logistics and administration to policy development which enables me to fit in any challenging and demanding role. I expect to be challenged and grow my career as a result. I would like to improve myself as a person and as an asset as well.

Green Pakistan Project(GPP)
- To monitor ongoing programmes activities in the project command area and evaluate project by conducting impact studies.
- To monitor and evaluate the meetings with community/Govt./GBLA on drafting bill for Water Board.
- To assist and facilitate for legislation for water Governance and the horticulture policy.
- To assist Value Chain Section in facilitating in crop inspection System for certification with FSC & RD.
- To facilitate LSOs and WUAs in handling Social Conflicts and water issues.
- To assist Value Chain Section in establishing Farmers Resource Center under FEGs Network.
- To assist in holding dialogues with Government/GBLA to remove legal issues in Agriculture and Marketing.

- Responsibilities of Procurement
- Preparation of advertisement of all procurement with consultation of concern section
- Preparation of RFQs
- Issuance of RFQs
- Collection of RFQs
- Maintain record of issuance of RFQs
- Preparation of Contract / Agreement of selected vendors
- Collection of Call deposit of selected vendors and issue after completion of the period.
- Maintain of procurement register
- Preparation of comparative statement and other necessary documents
- Request bids (3 minimum), prepare Bid Analyses, conduct appraisals and select suppliers in consultation with the Manger Procurement, Manager Procurement and the Finance Manager.
- Ensure all expected merchandise is received, in accordance with PO, specifications, and in good condition.
- Assist in procurement of office supplies, stationary, equipment and furniture.
- Responsible for preparing all contracts in support of procurement area.
- To procure items/supplies as needed.

- Ensure Proper registration/ Enrollment of the BISP Beneficiaries into the MIS
- Ensure that the beneficiaries have signed the enrolment contract post enrollment
- Receiving a registration receipt post enrollment
- Fill in for the Screening officer as an when needed
- Making family structure into BISP MIS
- Full time field visits
- To supervise regular data collection through implementing partners and ensure quality of the data by random verifications and validations
- To record, manage and preserve monitoring and evaluation data in a safe and accessible way
- To analyse and discuss findings based on regular monitoring data
- Provide technical support on M&E and evidence-based recommendations to the relevant Project Manager and Partners.
- Ensure that implementation of field activities adheres to NAWADO monitoring and evaluation system
- Support partners in conducting baseline surveysand KAP surveys
- Participate actively in programme planning process and budgeting of the programme quality and fundraising unit
- Support PQ&F team in developing the annual and six monthly organisational reports.
